4.0mm AR coating low iron solar patterned glass mainly used on solar panel because of its super light transmittance rate. Solar panel is a thin layer of optoelectronic semiconductor which converting solar energy into electricity. By considering its efficiency, we are using High-transmittance and low reflection glass for its panel. This high strength glass maintains the best image quality by elimination unwanted distortions with the advanced optical technology.
Application:
It mainly used to encapsulations of t the monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon and amorphous silicons of the solar cell, solar module, solar panel and BIPV panels.
Functions:
1.Our glass is tempered first, then ar coating,and use advanced roller machine make sure coated evenly on the glass surface.
2.Film Hardness reach 6H-7H much better than traditional ones.
3. High transmittance: 94-98%
For the same solar(PV) module, it can improve the power of more than 3% in the coated glass.
4.Self-cleaning function :
As the photovoltaic module is placed in the outdoor, easy to get dust, resulting in the decline in the power of the solar(PV) modules. Coated glass has the self-cleaning function which can ensure the normal operation of the solar(PV) module
