Product Description
4.0mm Low iron solar float glass
It includes a special nano-coating that reduces reflection of light, resp. increases light transmission properties and lowers maintenance costs of pv systems due to its self-cleaning functionality. Antireflective layer increases light transmittance by additional 2-3 % and output power of photovoltaic modules by 3-4%. In addition to increased transmission of vertical light sources, anti-reflective glass utilizes also light arriving at an angle. Antireflective coating truly permits maximum energy yield to current PV systems.
Feature:
Super white, flat rectangular, tempered(toughened), smooth on surface and embossing on reverse.
Application:
It mainly used to encapsulations of t the monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon and amorphous silicons of the solar cell, solar module, solar panel and BIPV panels.
Functions:
1. For the same solar module, it can improve the power of more than 2.5 in the coated glass.
2. As the solarmodule is placed in the outdoor, easy to get dust, resulting in the decline in the power of the solar modules. Coated glass has the self-cleaning function which can ensure the normal operation of the solar module
3 .Coated glass can effectively extend the service life (typically 25 years). Ensure the normal power generation of solar modules.
